Our handmade book-themed gifts are crafted with care; if you change your mind, non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags and we will issue a full refund on receipt (return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty). Personalised or bespoke items cannot be returned for a change of mind, but if such an item is faulty or not as described please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at our expense. If you cancel an order before dispatch we will refund the full amount including postage; once dispatched standard return rules apply. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or confirmation of a fault, and we may require proof of purchase.
